Red Ribbon symbol

The red ribbon is used internationally as a symbol of the fight against AIDS which first came to prominence at the 1991.

This symbol demonstrates compassion for people living with AIDS and their caregivers.
On 1 December, people worldwide commemorate World AIDS Day.
